Responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, and building a high-performance sales team. Oversees sales infrastructure, channel partners, and ensures alignment with business objectives.<div></div>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve sustained annual and long-term growth objectives.</li><li>Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly sales strategies to meet established sales and margin objectives.</li><li>Deliver detailed market analysis and competitive intelligence to the leadership team.</li><li>Lead sales forecasting, performance analysis, and pricing strategies.</li><li>Manage key industry events as well as significant product launches.</li><li>Manage global sales operations budget and performance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Line Management and Product Development to gather market intelligence for new offerings and provide sales leadership throughout development.</li><li>Develop and execute the Water &amp; Wastewater sales operations budget, including best-in-class sales performance metrics and processes to maximize revenue and efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.</li><li>10+ years in executive sales leadership, preferably in water/wastewater markets.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel globally up to 50% of the time.</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
