splicing, and equipment wiring diagrams.  </li><li>Develop training materials in accordance with defined company standards. </li><li>Provide regular project status updates and risk assessments; proactively identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks to ensure successful project delivery. </li><li>Promote and adhere to a culture of NERC compliance and governance with respect to design standards, documentation, reporting, knowledge transfer, and training. </li><li>Operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces to recommend technical approaches and guide cross-functional solution development. </li><li>Promote a collaborative, team-first culture by approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset that emphasizes enablement over barriers. </li><li>Lead special projects to research SCADA equipment and emerging technologies in support of standards updates and/or customer requests;
