Reimagine What’s Possible  Due to our St. Louis expansion, we still a have a few positions available for Manufacturing Technicians for Assembly and Spinning at our St. Louis, MO location.In this role, the Manufacturing Technician will have the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Follow all safety policy and PPE requirements</li><li>Operate continuous process equipment for manufacturing hollow fiber membranes</li><li>Raw material handling and preparation of batch mixtures</li><li>Measure and monitor all process conditions to ensure product quality</li><li>Operate and maintain equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity requirements</li><li>Maintain records such as product inspection &amp; process monitoring logs</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Strong, consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitment</li><li>Prior experience in manufacturing, production, mechanical repairs, or other hands-on roles preferred</li><li>Experience working with SOPs, safety protocols, or quality checks is a plus</li><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments and maintain dependable attendance</li><li>General knowledge of Windows PC environment</li><li>Basic mechanical skills</li><li>Demonstrated initiative to complete job assignments</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to quality - detailed inspections</li><li>Ability to follow operating instructions and safety procedures</li></ul>Work Hours and Pay:<ul><li>Starting Pay: $26.55 per hour</li></ul>12-hour fixed shift (2-3-2 schedule rotation – 36/48-hour workweeks) Positions are assigned to either day shift or night shift at hire and do not rotate between shifts.<ul><li>Day shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.</li><li>Night shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.</li><li>You must be available to work a day shift for 1–3 months during training, then you will move to your permanent shift.</li><li>Must be available to work nights.</li></ul>What's In It for You:At Air Products we foster a culture of inclusion where every voice is heard, and everyone feels they belong and matter.
