You will work with cross-functional teams—including Production, Quality Assurance, and R&amp;D—to assist in continuous improvement activities and support daily manufacturing operations.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in designing and improving under guidance for manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.</li><li>Support workflow and layout analysis with direction from senior engineers.</li><li>Help maintain process control techniques to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.</li><li>Participate in the implementation of new manufacturing technologies, methods, and techniques.</li><li>Collaborate with Quality Assurance to develop and implement quality control procedures.</li><li>Assist with manufacturability reviews and documentation for new product development.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.</li><li>0-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.</li><li>Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.</li><li>Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems preferred.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Six Sigma exposure preferred.</li><li>Exposure to automation and robotics preferred.</li><li>Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li></ul>The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $77,000 - $86,000 per year.  GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position.
