Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Senior ERP Analyst, based in Glasgow. You’ll be a functional specialist and Subject Matter Expert for our Infor CloudSuite ERP system and corresponding business processes. You’ll be responsible for providing application, data, and process support, acting as an escalation point, and effectively managing business requests. You'll manage projects that contribute to the design, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of these services, while also ensuring process governance aligns with our service level agreements and continuous improvement goals.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as a Senior ERP Analyst:<ul><li>Serve as a central Subject Matter Expert for our Infor CloudSuite ERP system and back-office processes, owning problem resolution and driving impactful change while ensuring robust documentation.</li><li>Solve technically complex challenges, delivering high-quality solutions for incident, problem, and project management, always meeting our service levels and deadlines.</li><li>Drive process integrity, ensuring compliance across our services by guiding teams and upholding accountability.</li><li>Engage with senior stakeholders, translating their needs into precise requirements and detailed specifications that drive innovation.</li><li>Collaborate closely with our Global Process Owners, aligning on standard practices to support solution enhancements and delivery.  </li><li>Take a lead role in delivering key IT improvement projects and enhancements.  </li><li>Inspire and mentor team members, facilitating knowledge exchange across teams and ensuring a global approach.</li><li>Champion continuous improvement, proactively identifying inefficiencies and implementing robust, solutions that leverage AI, automation and self service.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>An ERP Subject Matter Expert, with a track record of driving continuous improvement and tangible enhancements in Infor CloudSuite or other similar ERP platforms.</li><li>A highly analytical problem-solver, adept at diagnosing complex issues and translating technical concepts clearly for any audience.</li><li>An experienced professional that thrives in fast-paced and challenging environments while effectively managing business requests and delivering to precise specifications.</li><li>A collaborative team player who also excels autonomously, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Educated to degree level or possess equivalent experience, with desirable certifications such as Infor Certifications or similar.</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)   </li><li>Hybrid working   </li><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘   </li><li>Discounts &amp; perks   </li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle  </li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
