<h2>Overview</h2>We are designing the grid of the future!  EPE is seeking a Technical/Engineering Sourcer based in Panama City, Panama, supporting global operations, to join our Talent Acquisition team and support our continued growth. This highly visible role will allow you to make a direct impact by influencing our brand and attracting top talent.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>Join us in leading the change!<ul> <li>Deep experience with sourcing and engaging passive candidates</li> <li>Partner with recruiters and managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing/recruitment strategies</li> <li>Develop targeted campaigns to identify talent; developing staffing fulfillment plans to address identified gaps and future needs</li> <li>Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles across EPE's global markets</li> <li>Create compelling messaging that highlights the exciting opportunities and the global impact candidates can contribute to at EPE</li> <li>Utilize various sourcing and recruiting methods and tools to engage and attract engineering talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks</li> <li>Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the hiring process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience</li> <li>Maintain accurate sourcing and screening notes and documentation within Applicant Tracking System – iCIMS experience preferred</li> <li>Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively source and engage with candidates</li> <li>Advise team on market and talent sourcing trends and insights</li></ul>  <h2>Qualifications</h2>Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:<ul> <li>2+ years of experience sourcing engineering talent, preferably within electrical power systems, utility engineering, protection and controls, substation design, generation interconnection, or renewable energy engineering.</li> <li>Able to quickly understand complex technical concepts and apply that understanding to build an effective sourcing strategy</li> <li>Expertise with passive sourcing techniques, including strong knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches and social media recruitment</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships</li> <li>Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required</li> <li>Experience sourcing across multiple regions/time zones in support of global teams a plus</li> <li>Be a team player actively contributing to the team's success through knowledge-sharing and collaboration</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity</li> <li>Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)</li></ul>Be a part of an innovative team shaping the grid of the future through advanced energy intelligence.  For more than half a century, Electric Power Engineers (EPE) has partnered with power and energy clients across the globe, providing consulting expertise and energy intelligence software solutions for complex engineering and grid modeling challenges.
