You will work closely with Project Management, Supply Chain, and Operations &amp; Maintenance teams to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time.</p><p>This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, from project structuring and supplier engagement to logistics execution and operational support. Your contribution will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with business objectives.</p><h2>What you’ll be doing</h2><p>In this role, you will take ownership of procurement and logistics coordination activities, including:</p><ul> <li><p>Coordinate procurement and logistics activities to support project execution and operational requirements</p></li> <li><p>Prepare and manage logistics documentation, delivery plans, shipping registers, and project schedules</p></li> <li><p>Support supplier sourcing activities, logistics tenders (RFPs), bid evaluations, and contract administration</p></li> <li><p>Manage customs documentation, delivery tracking, and communication with suppliers, contractors, and project teams</p></li> <li><p>Monitor logistics execution plans and ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to project sites</p></li> <li><p>Review invoices, delivery documentation, and purchase orders to support accurate processing and contract compliance</p></li> <li><p>Support procurement compliance initiatives, supplier agreements, warranty administration, and reporting activities</p></li> <li><p>Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement</p></li></ul><p>Your work will help ensure critical project materials and services are delivered efficiently, enabling successful project execution and operational performance.</p><h2>What you’ll gain</h2><ul> <li><p>Professional growth through hands-on involvement in renewable energy project delivery</p></li> <li><p>Exposure to procurement, logistics, contract administration, and supply chain management in an international business environment</p></li> <li><p>Experience working with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Engineering, Finance, and Operations</p></li> <li><p>Opportunity to develop expertise in project logistics, customs processes, and supplier management</p></li> <li><p>A broad understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle from development through operations</p></li> <li><p>Meaningful responsibility from day one in a growing and purpose-driven industry</p></li></ul><h2>What you’ll bring</h2><h3>Experience and qualifications</h3><ul> <li><p>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline</p></li> <li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain coordination, or a similar role</p></li> <li><p>Experience working with procurement systems, supply chain processes, or procurement operating systems</p></li> <li><p>Knowledge of logistics planning, contract administration, supplier coordination, and procurement processes</p></li> <li><p>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously</p></li> <li><p>Fluent in English, both written and spoken</p></li></ul><h2>What it’s like to work at Scatec</h2><p>At Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
