This role will have a primary focus on the calculation, accounting and payment of broker bonuses, helping to drive process efficiencies and substantiation of the Balance Sheet.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the Broker Compensation process, including:</li></ul>1. Prepare supporting schedules for bonus accruals and calculations2. Compile and validate data for bonus payments and payroll submission3. Support preparation of Broker Equity deferral calculations<ul><li>Perform basic reconciliations and tie-out supporting data to source systems Maintain and update process documentation and trackers</li><li>Handle data gathering and validation for reporting, forecasts, and audit requests</li><li>Escalate discrepancies, data issues, or control gaps to the Supervisor</li><li>Assist in process improvement initiatives through data analysis and feedback</li><li>Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks</li></ul>Experience / Competences<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Working towards accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred</li><li>Min of 2 years of relevant experience</li><li>Basic understanding of accounting principles</li><li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills</li><li>Basic proficiency in Excel and financial systems</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable</li></ul>Job Band and LevelProfessional, 5Not The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
