Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Define and drive the global Operational Excellence ( OpEx) strategy, roadmap, and governance framework, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and business priorities.</li><li>Lead the deployment and continuous evolution of the global OpEx program across all regions, sites, and functions, ensuring sustainable adoption and long-term business impact.</li><li>Drive sustainable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and sustainability across all regions and functions through the application of Operational Excellence methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.</li><li>Establish and maintain global OpEx standards, methodologies, assessment processes, and performance management systems to measure, sustain, and continuously improve organizational performance.</li><li>Lead and develop the global Operational Excellence organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, accountability, and performance excellence.</li><li>Develop and maintain a global OpEx capability-building, training, and certification framework.</li><li>Coach senior leaders, plant leaders, and OpEx practitioners to strengthen leadership capabilities and accelerate the adoption of Operational Excellence principles and behaviors.</li><li>Develop succession plans and talent pipelines for Operational Excellence leadership and specialist roles.</li><li>Support the integration of digital technologies, automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making into Operational Excellence programs.</li><li>Represent FHCS within the global Freudenberg Operational Excellence community, benchmarking best practices, and monitoring the business impact and ROI of improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.</li><li>15+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or operational excellence</li><li>Significant leadership experience in global, multi-site environments</li><li>Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives</li><li>Experience managing cross-functional and international teams</li><li>Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, TPM, VSM, DMAIC, A3, 8D, FMEA, and Hoshin Kanri.</li><li>Proven ability to lead transformation, change, and performance improvement initiatives in complex organizations.</li><li>Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and talent development skills.</li><li>Strategic, data-driven, and globally minded professional with excellent communication skills and business acumen.</li><li>Excellent written &amp; verbal English skill</li></ul>As a Global Role, the position can be based at any FHCS location, subject to business needs and local organizational requirements‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
