In this role, you will lead the Deployment Quality team and serve as the connective tissue between field operations, deployment engineering, and our installation partners.We are looking for a process-driven engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career. You do not need years of formal management experience under your belt, but you must bring an analytical engineering mindset, a passion for operational rigor, and the ability to own solutions end-to-end. You will track real-time field performance using data visualization and analytics tools, partner cross-functionally with Deployment Engineers to develop training, and fully own training implementation across both in-house crews and contracted labor.
