<ul><li>Leads commercial analysis, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and provides insights that enable informed decision-making, effective risk management, and improved project outcomes.</li><li>Serves as a senior advisor on projects and initiatives of large scope and complexity.</li><li>Leads the delivery of accurate and timely commercial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.</li><li>Drives earned value management (EVM) and performance index reporting, ensuring alignment between cost and schedule data.</li><li>Provides detailed analysis of cost, revenue, margin, and cash performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Analyzes complex margin erosion drivers, cash performance, and change recovery trends.</li><li>Enables disciplined change, cost, and risk tracking, including proper monetization and impact assessment.</li><li>Ensures data integrity across commercial systems and tools, supporting audits, reconciliation, and compliance.</li><li>Supports governance reviews and approval workflows, ensuring compliance with commercial policies and procedures.</li><li>Leads contract compliance monitoring, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.</li><li>Drives the development, review, and challenge of EAC (Estimate at Completion) and ETC (Estimate to Complete) forecasts.</li><li>Provides insights to support margin enhancement initiatives and overall business performance improvement.</li></ul>
