But there’s still a lot more we want to achieve.We’re looking for a motivated and talented Business Development Executive - Mid-market &amp; Enterprise, with a passion for tackling food waste, to join the team in our Melbourne office as we continue to grow our impact in the fight against food waste.Your mission:You will play an important role in the growth of Too Good To Go in Australia and the fight against food waste. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll support the development of sales strategies to acquire new national Key Account partners and be a crucial part of the successful onboarding of their stores onto our marketplace. You may also lead the sales strategies for smaller partner acquisition. You will support these accounts and their stores through the onboarding and roll-out process.Your responsibilities:<ul><li>Proactive business development: continuously assess the market to identify potential new business opportunities, while building rapport with stakeholders and decision-makers, and generating interest in Too Good To Go.</li><li>Acquisition: calling or visiting new prospects, introducing and selling Too Good To Go to them, and taking them through the sign-up process.</li><li>Acquisition: Support the Senior Business Development Manager or other relevant team members to achieve large projects, such as the roll-out of new key accounts, onboarding &amp; training new stores, and in-store activities.</li><li>Account strategy &amp; planning: develop tailored account strategies and execution plans aligned to each partner’s structure, priorities and opportunity, to drive successful acquisition and scalable roll-outs.</li><li>Pitch development: build and deliver tailored, insight-led pitches that address each partner’s unique pain points, clearly articulating both the commercial value and sustainability impact of partnering with Too Good To Go.</li><li>Onboarding: engage Key Account partner store managers and staff on fighting food waste and train them on TGTG systems and products over phone/video call or rolling out formal training assets. </li><li>Post-sales support: helping new active stores use the app and our other tools, ensuring they are fully informed as a Too Good To Go partner, and that the post-sales process is completed.</li><li>Pipeline management: build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.</li><li>Contributing to the Australian Key Account strategy, supporting other departments on various opportunities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable when you approach people via email, phone and face-to-face.
