In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support to Quality Management throughout the structuring, delivery, and operation phases of projects. You will play a key role in ensuring quality documentation, records control, reporting, audit coordination, and data management are handled effectively.What you’ll be doingIn this role, you will:<ul> <li>Maintain project quality documentation, registers, and controlled records.</li> <li>Support preparation, issue, and distribution of Quality Plans, procedures, templates, and forms.</li> <li>Administer Quality Management System tools, including data entry and record maintenance.</li> <li>Track and manage registers for quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.</li> <li>Coordinate collection and filing of inspection and test plans, reports, and certificates.</li> <li>Support quality meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up actions.</li> <li>Compile quality data, KPIs, dashboards, and periodic reports.</li> <li>Coordinate schedules for inspections, audits, and surveillance activities.</li> <li>Assist with audit preparation, evidence collection, and close-out documentation.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to site quality personnel and maintain lessons learned records.</li></ul>Your work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.What you’ll gain<ul> <li>Professional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, and impactful.</li></ul>What you’ll bring<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, engineering, quality, document control, or project administration.</li> <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, document control, or quality coordination.</li> <li>Experience in construction project environments, preferably supporting quality or engineering teams.</li> <li>Knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and Quality Management Systems.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ownership of administrative tasks.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital quality/document management systems.</li> <li>Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.</li></ul>What it’s like to work at ScatecAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
