Position Summary:Under general direction, provides administrative support including but not limited to operating weigh scale, running reports, creating and receiving requisitions in Oracle.Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):<ul><li>Ordering of office and operations supplies working with other personnel to ensure proper supplies are ordered</li><li>Preps and signs manifests from deliveries and gets them ready for scanning into ONBASE for matching with scale tickets in CORE software.</li><li>Answer office phones, answering customer and vendor questions and/or transfer to appropriate personnel.</li><li>Opens and distributes mail and meters outgoing mail.</li><li>Create and distributes interoffice memos.</li><li>Regular contact with local management and various personnel from Corporate office.</li><li>Support cross-functional teams.</li><li>Regular contact with all customers and vendors</li><li>Greets customers and vendors arriving and make sure they are directed to correct person.</li><li>Create requisitions, receive requisitions, and support month end processes</li><li>Works with office personnel and helps where needed.</li><li>Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Ability to regularly access and use general office equipment including phones, computers, copiers, etc.</li><li>Must be able to work in a busy, often distracting work environment that is generally climate controlled.</li><li>Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted on an occasional basis.</li><li>Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time.</li></ul>Pay:  Range is $20-23/hour
