The role involves repairing and maintaining robots, PLCs, HMIs, control devices, and peripheral equipment while providing exceptional customer support and detailed case documentation. Working independently and collaboratively, the engineer partners with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution, support continuous improvement efforts, and promote company capabilities. This position also includes hardware installation, training, and testing at customer facilities, with up to 80% domestic and international travel required.
