Responsibilities / TasksSales &amp; Commercial* Drive sales activities and achieve annual sales and profitability targets for the Renewable Resource/Agricultural Industry. * Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Renewable Resource/Agricultural Industry. * Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue. * Build and manage relationships with EPC contractors, developers, consultants, distributors, and end users. * Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with customers and partners. Customer &amp; Market Development * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. * Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring a customer-centric approach and excellent service delivery. * Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the renewable energy sector. * Gather customer feedback and provide market intelligence to support business decisions. Project &amp; Technical Support * Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams to develop customer solutions. * Provide preliminary technical and commercial support during project development and proposal stages. * Support project execution and customer handover activities when required. CRM &amp; Reporting * Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM system. * Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans. * Monitor performance against targets and identify corrective actions as needed. * Recommend improvements to business processes, systems, and customer engagement practices. * Support company initiatives related to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical business standards.Your Profile / Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5–10 years of sales or business development experience in Renewable Resource/Agricultural Industry. * Strong understanding of Renewable Resource/Agricultural Industry. * Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing strategic customer relationships. * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. * Fluent in English and local language. * Willingness to travel extensively within the country.Did we spark your interest?
