We’ve posted great growth in both of those categories in 2026 and we’re full throttle into the fall and heading into 2027.ResponsibilitiesVehicle Readiness &amp; Refurbishment<ul><li>Receive, evaluate, and refurbish dealer returns and company-owned vehicles (COVs) to resale-ready condition, exercising independent judgment on repair scope and quality standards.</li><li>Prep and upfit COVs for internal customers and marketing purposes, coordinating directly with stakeholders to define and execute build requirements.</li><li>Decommission bikes removed from service, ensuring safe and compliant handling of components and materials.</li></ul>Battery &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Develop, document, and continuously improve processes for monitoring and maintaining stored bikes and batteries to prevent unrecoverable discharge.</li><li>Oversee battery and vehicle inventory health, tracking charge states and managing health checks.</li><li>Manage battery recycling activities in accordance with applicable environmental and safety guidelines.</li></ul> Quality &amp; Engineering<ul><li>Conduct quality inspections and functional testing of components and vehicles as requested by Quality and Design Engineering, providing detailed findings and documentation.</li><li>Support Quality Engineering in electrical and mechanical investigative activities, performing hands-on diagnostics and contributing technical observations to root cause analysis.</li><li>Assemble and program parts and components for service applications, following technical specifications and engineering direction.</li></ul>COV Fleet Oversight<ul><li>Manage inventory of COV, including documentation of ownership, purpose, and status for every COV.</li><li>Achieve and maintain minimum required levels and initiate decommissioning of obsolete units.</li></ul>Facilities &amp; Ad Hoc Support<ul><li>Provide technical support for building maintenance and facilities management on an as-needed basis.</li><li>Respond to ad hoc requests from management and cross-functional teams, applying technical expertise to a broad range of operational needs.</li><li>Occasional travel may be required to support quality and service activities.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical role involving electric vehicles, power electronics, or mechanical/electrical systems.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound technical decisions without close supervision.</li><li>Experience developing or improving operational processes, particularly in inventory management, quality inspection, or fleet operations</li><li>Familiarity with electrical diagnostics and battery systems.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and engineering specifications.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate written documentation of findings and procedures.</li><li>Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and marketing teams.</li><li>Experience with vehicle prep, upfitting, or refurbishment in an automotive, powersports, or EV environment preferred.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical certifications or coursework a plus.
