Working as part of the site electrical team, you will support the Electrical Lead in ensuring that electrical installation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved engineering documents, specifications, quality requirements, and project schedule. What you’ll be doing In this role, you will:<ul> <li>Supervise and monitor electrical construction activities at the wind farm site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate and follow up electrical installation works including MV cables, transformers, switchgear, RMUs, earthing systems, auxiliary systems, and turbine electrical interfaces.</li> <li>Inspect and verify the quality of electrical installations and ensure that works are completed according to approved method statements and inspection requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams to resolve technical and site execution issues and maintain construction progress.</li> <li>Identify construction issues, technical deviations, and interface constraints and support timely resolution with the relevant project teams.</li> <li>Review electrical drawings, layouts, cable schedules, single-line diagrams, and technical documents to support site execution.</li></ul>Your work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.What you’ll gain <ul> <li>Professional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one</li> <li>Hands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in wind farm electrical construction, testing, and commissioning, working across MV systems and turbine electrical interfaces.</li> <li>The opportunity to develop strong site execution and coordination skills while contributing directly to the delivery and energization of a major renewable energy project.</li></ul> What you’ll bringExperience and qualifications <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in electrical construction, preferably in wind, solar, substations, or other power projects.</li> <li>Practical experience with MV/HV electrical systems, including cables, transformers, switchgear/RMUs, earthing, and auxiliary systems.</li> <li>Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, layouts, and technical specifications.</li> <li>Experience supervising electrical installation activities, coordinating subcontractors, and following up construction progress and quality.</li> <li>Fluent in English, spoken and written (and other languages if needed or ideal) </li></ul> What it’s like to work at ScatecAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
