<ul><li>Technical resource for environmental management and monitoring plan (EMMP), environmental baseline surveys (EBS), environmental impact assessment (EIA)</li><li>Design, develop, and update EMMP technical specification for terrestrial environments in compliance with regulatory requirements and project objectives.</li><li>Define monitoring indicators, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables</li><li>Coordinate and conduct field monitoring activities, including soil, vegetation, wildlife, and habitat assessments.</li><li>Perform monitoring for water quality, air quality, and noise levels in terrestrial project areas.</li><li>Verify accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor adherence to environmental standards, permits, and legal obligations.</li><li>Analyze monitoring results and recommend effective mitigation measures to minimize environmental impacts.</li><li>Liaise with regulatory agencies, contractors, and other stakeholder representatives.</li><li>Prepare and present environmental performance reports.</li><li>Contribute to adaptive management strategies based on monitoring results.</li><li>Research and integrate best practices and innovative technologies for environmental monitoring.</li><li>Develop study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others.</li><li>Develop cost estimates of technical efforts for EMMP, EBS and EIA projects</li><li>Provide input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.</li></ul><p> </p>
