In this role, you’ll build strong supplier partnerships, drive cost-effective sourcing strategies, manage supply chain risk, and help ensure materials and services are available to support our business and production needs.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Develop and execute commodity strategies using total cost of ownership principles.</li><li>Lead RFx activities, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier onboarding.</li><li>Monitor market conditions and adjust sourcing strategies as business needs evolve.</li><li>Identify and evaluate new suppliers in alignment with corporate procurement policies.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance across quality, cost, and delivery.</li><li>Facilitate supplier risk assessments, including cybersecurity and financial health.</li><li>Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to support product development and production requirements.</li><li>Support new product introductions (NPI) and cost-reduction initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and applicable regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records and contract information within ERP and sourcing systems.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.</li><li>Help standardize and streamline procurement workflows.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
