It is essential for this role to provide superior service to internal and external customers; administer US hourly and salaried payrolls; and process and maintain accurate payroll records. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Manage the payroll lifecycle for employees of Oshkosh Corporation and its subsidiaries. Maintain files, forms, and computer-based records in compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Partner with internal and external customers to answer questions on business transaction processing requirements and respond to inquiries; provide support in resolving errors and responding to changes in business requirements.</li><li>Perform defined balancing and reconciliation procedures to ensure transactions have been properly recorded.</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely transaction processing reports for internal management needs and external reporting requirements.</li><li>Maintain standard work instructions to document business transaction process steps. Apply Oshkosh Continuous Improvement Management (CIMS) principles and participate in process analysis and improvement projects.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   <ul><li>High School Diploma or its equivalent.</li><li>Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in payroll.</li><li>Working knowledge of state and federal payroll regulations</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Associates degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Experience with processing payroll for an organization with over 10,000 employees</li><li>Experience with payroll taxation</li><li>Experience with Workday</li></ul>Pay Range: $46,300.00 - $71,300.00<div><div><div><div><div><div><div>The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
