This role will provide strategic leadership, manage cross-functional teams, drive governance, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable data and analytics solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage the Data &amp; Analytics Tower across BAU, enhancements, and projects.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical leads to define and deliver solutions.</li><li>Govern delivery teams and ensure quality, timely execution of initiatives.</li><li>Track and manage key operational and project metrics, KPIs, risks, and escalations.</li><li>Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to address business and technology challenges.</li><li>Identify growth opportunities, support proposals, and lead project delivery efforts.</li><li>Drive best practices in data engineering, analytics, reporting, and cloud technologies.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Strong experience in Data Engineering, BI Reporting, Cloud Analytics, and stakeholder management within enterprise environments.</li><li>Hands-on expertise with:<ul><li>AWS</li><li>Databricks</li><li>Python</li><li>SQL</li></ul></li><li>Proven experience leading large-scale data and analytics teams and programs.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams, including operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with data modernization, data lakes/warehouses, and cloud transformation programs.</li><li>AWS and/or Databricks certifications preferred.</li></ul>#LI-MS2<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global, team of innovators.
