Maintain hardware throughout life-cycle</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Strategy:</strong> Provide technical support to the Sales team and assist customers with energy reduction strategies.</p></li><li><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Engage with Engineering to develop hardware and innovative metering solutions.</p></li><li><p><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Define and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate installation timelines.</p></li><li><p><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure all materials, installations, and technologies meet rigorous industry and market standards.</p></li></div></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><div><li><p><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor in Engineering/Technical related field or relevant work experience</p></li><li><p><strong>Work Experience: </strong>2 years with Bachelor or 6+ years relevant work experience </p></li><li><p><strong>Core Competencies:</strong> Results-driven, analytical, and highly motivated team player with exceptional communication and customer service skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> Experience in hardware commissioning, troubleshooting, data platform integration, and contractor management.</p></li><li><p><strong>Software Proficiency:</strong> Experience with Salesforce.</p></li><li><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong> PMP certification; background in electrical, HVAC, or industrial controls, energy storage, energy efficiency, data analysis; proficiency in reading/drawing electrical schematics.</p></li></div></ul><br><div><div>Please note that at this time, <strong>we do not sponsor visas or transfers for new hires</strong>.
