This role serves as a floor-level leader, providing direction to associates, supporting cross-functional operations, maintaining inventory integrity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Material Flow Lead acts as a key operational resource and point of contact during assigned shifts, particularly in the absence of supervisory leadership. Hours:<ul><li>C Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm, Thursday - Saturday  (every other Wednesday ) </li></ul>Responsibilities will include:  <ul><li>Coordinate daily workflow, staffing assignments, and operational priorities to support production and material flow objectives. </li><li>Lead and support warehouse associates while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability. </li><li>Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, perform inventory adjustments, and support inventory control initiatives. </li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for operational issues, shipping and transfer requests, inventory inquiries, and cross-functional coordination. </li><li>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process, inventory, and quality-related issues while escalating concerns as appropriate. </li><li>Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures and work instructions. </li><li>Train, mentor, and coach associates on safety, quality, equipment operation, and departmental processes. </li><li>Coordinate activities with Production, Logistics, Quality, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and achievement of shared goals. </li><li>Communicate operational performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities to leadership. </li><li>Maintain compliance with all safety requirements, equipment inspection procedures, and warehouse operating standards. </li><li>Perform additional duties and special projects as required to support department objectives. </li></ul>Desired Qualifications:  <ul><li>Warehouse, logistics, inventory control, packaging, or material flow experience. </li><li>Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. </li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes. </li><li>Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory transactions, and inventory reconciliation. </li><li>PIT/Forklift certification or operating experience preferred. </li><li>Strong understanding of quality standards, safety procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams and resources in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization. </li><li>Ability to train, mentor, and develop associates while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. </li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing operational needs. </li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely perform work in a warehouse environment. </li><li>A passion for sustainability and making the world a better place. </li></ul> <div>The position is full-time.
