We help consumers turn their smart thermostats, EVs, batteries, and other products into virtual power plants that keep the grid stable and enable higher penetration of solar and wind power.</p><p><strong>About the Opportunity </strong></p><p> As a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you will scale our Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) by driving enrollment growth.</p><p> In this role, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy and enrollment goals for key device categories. By combining your expertise in multi-channel marketing and project management, you will launch initiatives that champion our VPP programs. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to build high-value relationships and uncover new opportunities for optimization.  </p><p>To thrive in this role, you should be a versatile marketer who embraces new challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. A natural curiosity and an appetite for testing, analyzing, and adapting will be the keys to your success.</p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Own enrollment goals for your categories, prioritizing initiatives that drive the highest volume.</li><li>Deeply understand the customer journey, identify friction points, and stay informed about industry realities.</li><li>Identify new opportunities and spearhead end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, to drive measurable growth.</li><li>Leverage your marketing analytics expertise to build compelling pitches that make a data-driven case for new initiatives.</li><li>Oversee paid media management and reporting, regularly analyzing marketing efforts to identify bottlenecks, optimize channels, and confidently make strategic assumptions with existing data.</li><li>Seek opportunities to negotiate co-marketing efforts with OEMs, complementary brands, and communities.</li><li>Explore creative messaging strategies and manage external copywriters and designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content and design assets.</li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul><p><strong>What we expect from you:</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years of non-internship marketing experience, ideally in a startup or agency environment where you gained hands-on experience across multiple channels rather than being specialized in just one area.</li><li>High comfort level with ambiguity.
