Let’s dive right in: <ul><li>Lead the successful delivery of a strategic Sungrow project from planning through execution and handover.</li><li>Coordinate project activities with customers, customer project managers, internal teams, contractors, and other key stakeholders.</li><li>Be present on site in the Berlin area at least two to three times per week to ensure close project alignment.</li><li>Manage project schedules, risks, quality, costs, documentation, and key milestones in line with PMO standards.</li><li>Drive clear, proactive communication and resolve project-related issues efficiently across internal and external teams.</li><li>Travel up to 50% within Germany to support site activities, customer meetings, and project delivery.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, renewable energy, or a comparable technical discipline.</li><li>At least five years of relevant experience in project management within solar PV, energy storage, power electronics, EPC, or technical infrastructure environments.</li><li>Proven experience managing customer contracts and ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, schedules, costs, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.</li><li>Experience coordinating project activities from purchase order through delivery, commissioning, and handover.</li><li>Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, milestone tracking, quality management, reporting, and technical project documentation.</li><li>Knowledge of PV inverters is preferred; experience with energy storage systems is a strong advantage.</li><li>EPC experience, including collaboration with contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams, is preferred.</li><li>Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at C1 level, both written and spoken.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50% within Germany.</li><li>Ability to be on site in the Berlin area two to three times per week.</li><li>A valid driving licence is preferred.</li></ul> Why us?
