Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Responsible for all products manufactured to meet or exceed all quality specifications per process order, quality inspections and all other required documents provided.</li><li>Supervise employees across three (3) shifts</li><li>Supervise various manufacturing and measurement equipment in a safe and orderly manner and notifies Operations Manager when operating problems occur or standards cannot be met.</li><li>Notifies the facilities department when equipment requires maintenance or repair.</li><li>Develop and train all manufacturing floor staff making sure standard work and practice is being followed.</li><li>Create and maintain daily production schedule to meet or exceed all due dates assigned while maintaining or improving efficiencies.</li><li>Determine training targets, update and maintain versatility matrix.</li><li>Assist engineering or manufacturing technicians with validation of processes, product and tooling.</li><li>Complete and participate in 5s audits and 5s maintenance as well as scrap reduction projects.</li><li>Supervisors have joint authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Must have 4 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a lead or a supervisor.</li><li>Knowledge of software including Word and Excel.</li><li>Preferred knowledge of SAP.</li><li>Understanding of manufacturing work environment and quality standards.</li><li>Must be able to clearly read and write and understand the English language </li><li>Prefer bilingual.</li><li>​Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations and employees across all three shifts.
