While this role does not directly manage junior investigators, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering training programs for investigative teams across the global organization. You will also define the global standards by which all investigations are conducted, and you will play a key role in monitoring progress, ensuring timely outcomes, and reporting on investigation status.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and enforce global investigation standards, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Design and deliver training programs for junior investigators across the conglomerate’s diverse business units, ensuring consistency in investigative methods.</li><li>Conduct follow-ups on ongoing investigations, ensuring timely resolution and tracking outstanding cases through to conclusion.</li><li>Analyze investigation outcomes, identify trends, and report risks to senior leadership and compliance teams.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert, advising on best practices and improvements to investigation approaches across all business sectors.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external regulators, and law enforcement to ensure comprehensive follow-through.</li></ul>What you bring to the teamWe’re looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision.
