Position Overview:The Senior BIM Manager / Digital Delivery Manager shall report to the Sr. Design cum Project Co-ordinator and serve as the PMC lead for BIM implementation, digital engineering, information management and technology-enabled project delivery across the airport development programme.The role shall be responsible for establishing and implementing BIM execution strategies, digital delivery standards, Common Data Environment (CDE), model coordination processes, digital project controls integration and asset information management systems. The position shall ensure effective digital integration between design consultants, contractors, project controls teams and stakeholders to support design coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, progress monitoring and data-driven project delivery.The Senior BIM Manager shall lead the digital transformation of project delivery and act as the custodian of BIM governance, digital workflows and information management systems throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:BIM &amp; Digital Delivery Management<ul><li>Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Information Management Strategy and Digital Delivery Framework.</li><li>Establish BIM governance, modelling standards, workflows and data management protocols.</li><li>Monitor compliance with BIM requirements, modelling standards and information exchange procedures.</li><li>Manage implementation of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and digital collaboration tools.</li></ul>Design Coordination &amp; Model Integration<ul><li>Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across terminal, airside, landside, utilities and airport support facility packages.</li><li>Facilitate model federation, clash detection, constructability reviews and interface coordination.</li><li>Coordinate with design consultants, contractors and project teams to resolve model conflicts and design issues.</li><li>Support value engineering, design optimization and digital review processes.</li></ul>BIM-Enabled Project Delivery <ul><li>Integrate BIM with project controls, scheduling, cost management and construction monitoring systems.</li><li>Support 4D scheduling, 5D cost management and digital construction planning initiatives.</li><li>Monitor model progress and digital deliverables against project schedules and milestones.</li><li>Support progress visualization, digital reporting and project performance tracking.</li></ul>Information &amp; Asset Management<ul><li>Establish and maintain project information management systems and asset data requirements.</li><li>Ensure accurate capture, validation and transfer of project information and asset records.</li><li>Support development of digital handover requirements, asset information models and operational readiness documentation.</li><li>Coordinate preparation of as-built BIM models and digital asset registers.</li></ul>Governance, Reporting &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Develop BIM dashboards, digital performance reports and executive management updates.</li><li>Monitor BIM maturity, model quality and digital compliance across the project.</li><li>Promote innovation, automation, digital engineering and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Support project leadership in leveraging technology to improve efficiency, collaboration and project outcomes.</li></ul>
