You will participate in root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.10. You will assist in the selection, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and technology.11. Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban) and Six Sigma methodologies. 4. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex manufacturing problems. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 6. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. 7. Experience with transformer manufacturing processes is a significant advantage. 8.
