Job Description:The Accounting Manager will be based in Hyderabad, India. In this position, you will report to the MEIAT Controller. The Accounting Manager will be a key leadership role within the India Global Capability Centre, responsible for building and leading a high-performing team that supports global technical accounting, financial reporting, accounting analytics, close operations, and controllership transformation initiatives. This role will partner closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&amp;A, Tax, Treasury, FinOps, and regional controllership teams to ensure accurate, effective, and efficient accounting and reporting. Internal Controls, SOX, and Audit Readiness<ul><li>Strengthen the control environment by embedding robust controls, documentation standards, and audit-ready practices into GCC accounting processes.</li><li>Key responsibilities include:</li><li>Ensure accounting processes comply with SOX requirements, company policies, and internal control standards.</li><li>Design, execute, and improve controls over technical accounting areas, journal entries, reconciliations, estimates, analytics, and reporting support.</li><li>Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and recurring audit issues; develop remediation plans and monitor progress.</li><li>Promote proactive issue identification and escalation</li><li>Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and strong documentation across the GCC controllership team.</li></ul><div></div>4.
