Your work will help drive efficient project delivery, identify potential risks early, and support timely decision-making across large-scale renewable energy construction projects.</p><h3><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h3><p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p><ul> <li>Support the preparation and maintenance of the Overall Master Project Programme, including Work Breakdown Structures and project baselines.</li> <li>Review contractors’ planning packages, including schedules, manpower and equipment histograms, S-curves, and planning assumptions.</li> <li>Coordinate planning activities across contractors to ensure alignment with project objectives and Scatec planning standards.</li> <li>Monitor daily site activities, track progress against the schedule, and identify deviations and risks.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain construction reports, KPI dashboards, and planning performance metrics.</li> <li>Analyse gaps between planned and actual progress and recommend corrective actions.</li> <li>Communicate upcoming activities and issue look-ahead schedules to support construction readiness.</li> <li>Provide timely and accurate project progress reporting to stakeholders.</li></ul><p>Your work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.</p><h3><strong>What you’ll gain</strong></h3><ul> <li>Professional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.</li> <li>Exposure to large-scale renewable energy EPC projects and international best practices in project controls.</li> <li>Opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and project management functions.</li></ul><h3><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h3><strong>Experience and qualifications</strong><ul> <li>Degree or formal technical qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum 6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within an EPC environment.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Experience with large-scale infrastructure, civil construction, or renewable energy projects.</li> <li>Understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and contract milestones.</li> <li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li></ul><h3><strong>What it’s like to work at Scatec</strong></h3><p>At Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
