This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the Human Resources and Safety departments.Requirements Primary Responsibilities:· Respond to employee inquiries· Monitor and manage the company Human Resources inbox· Process employee lifecycle changes in our HRIS· Coordinate employee onboarding and manage new hire tracking· Support HR compliance via updating employee personnel files· Maintain accurate records through timely data entry and updates· Assist with recruitment tasks (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, etc.)· Provide administrative support to the Safety team, including maintaining records and assisting with related projects and compliance activities.· Assist with various Human Resources and Safety projects and initiatives as needed.
