Ensure a strong customer focus and uphold high ethical standards in all operations.</li><li>Provide a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with the ITM (Integrated Transformer Management System) team to integrate lean manufacturing principles into production processes.</li><li> Address challenges: backfill key positions and provide training and mentoring to leaders.
