The Business Transformation Specialist will assist leadership in establishing its strategic direction and objectives and creates long-term strategic and business development plans.General Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and create comprehensive transformation strategies, that shape the vision for future growth and competitive advantage</li><li>Conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop actionable plans to achieve goals</li><li>Oversee the implementation of new systems, technologies, and processes. This includes managing projects from start to finish and ensuring they are executed successfully</li><li>Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to foster alignment, transparency, and momentum</li><li>Manage budgets and forecast financials with a focus on value creation, cost optimization, and ROI</li><li>Conduct regular performance evaluations and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed</li></ul>Experience / Qualifications<ul><li>A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience</li><li>Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands</li><li>Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation</li><li>Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results</li><li>Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity</li><li>Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)</li><li>Strong interpersonal &amp; collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience gained from a leading strategy consulting firm or advisory environment, with exposure to commercial and growth-focused topics such as go-to-market (GTM) strategy, pricing optimization, product and portfolio strategy, and financial modeling.
