You will work closely with attorneys, business partners, and external counsel to ensure seamless execution of Capital Market transactions and ongoing compliance with contractual requirements. Manage checklists, closing deliverables, and electronic transaction binders.</li><li><strong>Corporate Formation &amp; Governance</strong> – Draft resolutions, certificates, and other governance documents for GoodLeap entities.
