You will work closely with attorneys, business partners, and external counsel to ensure seamless execution of Capital Market transactions and ongoing compliance with contractual requirements. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems on the fly.</p></div><br><br><h3>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><strong>Transaction Support</strong> – Assist attorneys in the preparation, review, and organization of documentation for structured finance transactions, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, and forward flows. Manage checklists, closing deliverables, and electronic transaction binders.</li><li><strong>Corporate Formation &amp; Governance</strong> – Draft resolutions, certificates, and other governance documents for GoodLeap entities.
