To achieve this, we work closely with our Business and Operations partners to identify opportunities to improve every stage of the delivery experience, from order tracking and carrier coordination to delays, incidents, and delivery exceptions. We also collaborate with other Care squads to build consistent and connected experiences across the customer journey.
