What We're Looking For:The Electrical Assembler / Commissioning Lead is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting electrical and electromechanical systems used in HVAC manufacturing equipment. This role combines hands-on electrical assembly with commissioning leadership to ensure systems are built according to specifications and function correctly during testing and startup.The position requires interpreting electrical schematics, assembling and wiring control and power panels, performing electrical testing, programming system controllers, and diagnosing electrical and operational issues. The role also supports commissioning activities, provides technical guidance to technicians, and acts as a bridge between production, engineering, and external control system partners to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing and commissioning process.
