You will have the opportunity to work with data, digital tools and business processes that support offshore wind project delivery in an international environment.Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Supporting workforce planning and resource management processes through data preparation, analysis and reporting.</li><li>Assisting in the development and maintenance of reporting solutions, dashboards and management information.</li><li>Supporting the continuous improvement of resource management tools and business processes.</li><li>Contributing to data quality reviews and helping ensure the reliability of planning and reporting data.</li><li>Assisting with digitalisation, automation and AI-related initiatives that improve ways of working.</li><li>Collaborating with colleagues across functions and countries to support effective project delivery.</li><li>Helping transform data into meaningful insights that support decision-making and long-term planning.</li></ul>What makes this position special?
