Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Lead the daily implementation and continuous improvement of the laboratory Safety/5S+S program, ensuring a safety, clean, organized, efficient and compliant working environment.</li><li>Lead, coach and develop the laboratory team through effective performance management, employee engagement and capability building.</li><li>Responsible for the quality inspection and control of raw ,in-process products, and finished , ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timely release of batches.   </li><li>Establish, standardize and continuously improve laboratory processes to enhance testing efficiency, data integrity and resource utilization.</li><li>Ensure the stable and reliable operation of laboratory facilities and equipment, and be responsible for equipment calibration management, new equipment procurement, and testing method technical specification management.</li><li>Collaborate closely with relevant departments to investigate product and process quality issues, providing testing, data analysis support and technical expertise for RCA, corrective actions and preventive actions.</li><li>Support R&amp;D, Process and relevant Department in the validation and testing of new materials, new products and new manufacturing processes. Providing technical support for the successful introduction of new products and processes.</li><li>Organize and participate in proficiency testing (PT), round robin testing and inter-laboratory comparison programs to maintain and enhance laboratory competency.</li><li>Special projects and assignments as ordered by superior and required by business.</li><li>Provide ideas to improve department and company.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Analytical Chemistry or related disciplines. </li><li>Minimum 8 years of quality control or laboratory management experience in chemical, lubricant, specialty materials or manufacturing industries, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. </li><li>Familiar with applicable IATF16949 requirements and quality core tools  (PPAP/MSA, etc.);</li><li>Good English skill – oral and written</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis tools.</li><li>Very strong hands-on experiences and trouble shooting skills.</li><li>High sense of responsibility, good working attitude, positive thinking.</li></ul>300.000-350.000 CNY/year.
