This role ensures maximum uptime, quality, and throughput of production lines by performing preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and process monitoring.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and test equipment and fixtures.</li><li>Utilize knowledge of PLC-controlled systems to assist in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting equipment, program verification, and coordination with engineering resources when required.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, digital, pneumatic, and control system issues.</li><li>Repair or replace defective components, parts, and assemblies.</li><li>Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before breakdowns occur.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related equipment issues to minimize downtime.</li><li>Maintain accurate PM records and equipment logs.</li><li>Provide feedback to the engineering team on program performance and process issues.</li><li>Assist with installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.</li><li>Follow OSHA, company safety policies, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.</li><li>Ensure equipment operates in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.</li><li>Maintain a safe and organized work area.</li><li>Participate in safety audits and continuous improvement activities.</li><li>Requires coordination with the property owner to address HVAC, major plumbing, and roofing issues.</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.
