Partner with local finance managers to ensure complete, accurate, and timely reporting and respond to consolidated reporting and ad hoc data requests.</li><li>Analyze monthly financial results and communicate key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities to management. Partner with cross-functional teams to address business issues affecting financial performance.</li><li>Support the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts and partner with Operations leadership in planning, measuring, and reporting business performance.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve profitability through pricing, productivity, cost efficiency, and other operational initiatives, providing financial analysis and recommendations to business leadership.</li><li>Promote sound capital allocation decisions and support appropriation requests for capital projects and other business investments.</li><li>Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.
