Internship Details:<ul><li>Position will be based out of our office in The Woodlands, TX. Interns are expected onsite Monday-Friday, with the exception of 9/80's. The 9/80 schedule is optional per the manager's discretion, based on intern project scope and timeline.</li><li>Non-local candidates may be considered but must arrange their own travel and temporary accommodations. A summer stipend will be provided to help offset out of pocket expenses.</li><li>Students must be available for the full duration of the internship from May 17th - Aug 6th. Any personal time off must be approved by the supervisor as unpaid leave and should be noted with the recruiter as early as possible.</li><li>Interns will receive an hourly wage but are not eligible for benefits or paid time off. Interns will be compensated for observed company holidays.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Support geologists and geo‑modelers with day‑to‑day project activities</li><li>Assist with data gathering, organization, and quality control of geological and subsurface datasets</li><li>Help prepare maps, cross‑sections, models, figures, and supporting technical documentation</li><li>Participate in subsurface interpretation, modeling, and review discussions as appropriate</li><li>Contribute to presentations and reports used for internal project updates</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as geophysics, engineering, and reservoir disciplines</li><li>Follow established safety standards, procedures, and company policies</li><li>Complete an assigned internship project and present findings at the conclusion of the program</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Fully authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. Additionally, we are not authorized for employment under OPT/CPT/F1 visa programs. </li><li>Successful completion of 2 years towards a Bachelor's (or higher) in Geology or a related geoscience field (Earth Science, Environmental Science, Geophysics)</li><li>Must be a currently enrolled student for the Fall 2027 semester.
