Negotiate, close and maintain the SLA (Service Level Agreement) with customers.</li><li>Develop, implement and monitor budget of Service department in Pharma NAM. Organize and perform monthly Service Call/Service Project review and maintain the project and service call execution in good shape.</li><li>Ensure the team deliver the Service Projects, Service Calls, Spare Parts according to the budget, schedule, scope and specifications together with meeting customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ensures that staff follow procedural tasks such as timesheets, vacation requests, expense reports and follows GEA policies including Travel and the Health and Safety handbook.</li><li>Provides coaching and development support for service team, suggests training needs for performance improvement and completes performance evaluations though motivation and goal setting of staff.</li><li>Collaborates and aligns with the SBUs for Service Product Portfolio in NAM market</li><li>Defining departmental procedures and compliance, optimizing process flow.</li><li>Establish and inspirationally lead and develop high performance teams</li><li>The other tasks defined by Head of Pharma NAM from time to time.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred</li><li>5+ years' experience in the Pharma industry required</li><li>5+ years’ experience in similar functions, with at least 3+ years in a Leadership capacity required</li><li>Profound Sales and Operations Management expertise</li><li>Broad work experience with organizational practices across several different job areas</li><li>Deep application knowhow, end-to-end process expertise</li><li>Experience with lean production processes and excellent product innovation</li><li>Understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles</li><li>Change management experience</li><li>Analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically</li><li>Strong Customer / Service orientation</li></ul>The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year.  GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position.
