You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs; therefore, these here are your most important tasks: <ul><li>Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth transfer of new products into mass production. </li><li>Identify and resolve DFM and manufacturing process issues and follow up improvement actions to closure. </li><li>Support R&amp;D in the introduction and validation of new components, materials and manufacturing processes. </li><li>Develop and improve manufacturing processes for PV inverter and energy storage products. </li><li>Conduct PFMEA and process risk assessments to identify and prevent potential production issues. </li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. </li><li>Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process flow charts and other process documentation. </li><li>Optimise existing processes to improve quality, efficiency and cost competitiveness. </li><li>Support the selection and introduction of electrical components and materials, such as wires, terminals and connectors. </li><li>Support process standardisation, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement activities.</li></ul> Your profile All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s the reason why it is essential for you to have:   <ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. </li><li>2+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, industrial automation, power electronics or a related industry. </li><li>Experience with PV inverters, energy storage systems, power supplies or other electrical/electronic products is an advantage. </li><li>Good understanding of electrical components and basic electrical schematics. </li><li>Experience with PFMEA, Process Flow, SOPs and other manufacturing quality tools. </li><li>Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach. </li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CAD is an advantage. </li><li>Experience with SAP, PLM, MES/MOM or other manufacturing systems is an advantage. </li><li>Good command of English (B2 or above).
