AECOM is seeking Data Center Quality Assurance Managers to work on site in Las Vegas, NV. Job responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:<ul><li>Lead team of inspectors reviewing the construction contractors’ workmanship, materials, and equipment for conformity with the requirements of the construction contracts.</li><li>Maintain a list of all defects and omissions.</li><li>Maintain Non-Conformance Notice and Open Issues Log Reconciliation.</li><li>Monitor the contractors’ quality program for conformance to the plan throughout the course of construction.</li><li>Notify CLIENT of test failures and plan corrective actions.</li><li>Perform Punchlist oversight and participate in Zero Defect walkthrough.</li><li>Reports critical issues to the Construction Management Lead and provides proper resolution.</li><li>Provides in put for weekly project reports and monthly progress reports.</li><li>Serves as the direct point of contact for the Owner, ensuring successful project execution and communication.</li><li>Summarizing significant test results in progress reports.</li><li>Verifying that tests are conducted as scheduled, witnessing selected tests, checking test results, if required, overseeing retesting, and retaining test records.</li><li>Maintain professionalism in attire and communication during all time on site and in meetings.</li><li>Represent the Client in alignment with contract requirements and project deliverables.</li><li>Conducts periodic site visits for quality assurance, safety compliance, and project tracking.</li><li>Coordinate client Outage / Shutdown Procedure.</li></ul>
