Roles and Responsibility:<div>Automation &amp; Manufacturing Excellence<ul><li>Lead automation and digitalization projects to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and process reliability.</li><li>Drive Industrial Engineering initiatives including Time &amp; Motion Studies, MTM, MOST, layout optimization, and process improvements.</li><li>Identify opportunities for line balancing, productivity enhancement, headcount optimization, and low-cost automation.</li><li>Implement Lean Manufacturing and TPM practices, including Waste Reduction, SMED, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Production Operations<ul><li>Coordinate daily production activities to achieve operational and production targets.</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of manufacturing processes and support workplace organization and waste management initiatives.</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead production teams and collaborate with cross-functional functions including Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse.</li><li>Train and develop team members on SOPs, safety standards, and operational best practices.</li></ul>Quality, Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Drive corrective and preventive actions while fostering a strong culture of safety, health, and environmental compliance.</li></ul></div>Requirement:<ul><li>Minimum 8 - 10 Yrs of experience in Manufacturing Operations and Industrial Engineering.</li><li>B. E / B.Tech as educational qualification</li><li>Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SMED, and Continuous Improvement</li><li>Hands-on experience in Automation and Digital Transformation projects</li><li>Knowledge of Time &amp; Motion Studies, MTM, MOST, and Process Optimization</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities</li></ul>
