You will own advanced financial models, run scenario and sensitivity<br>analysis on the decisions that matter most, and produce the management reporting leadership<br>uses to steer the business.<br><br>The ideal candidate is an exceptional modeler who can also explain the answer — someone who<br>gets from raw operating data to a clear recommendation without waiting to be told how.</span></div><div> </div></div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain advanced financial models supporting operating plans, capital projects,<br>and strategic decisions.</li><li>Run scenario and sensitivity analysis to quantify risk and frame tradeoffs for leadership.</li><li>Own operating forecasts for assigned areas of the business, working directly with the leaders accountable for them.</li><li>Produce recurring management reporting, including variance analysis with insight into drivers, not just deltas. </li><li>Analyze unit economics, capital project returns, and cost structures to support pricing and investment decisions. </li><li>Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that make performance visible without manual assembly. </li><li>Support board, investor, and lender reporting with analysis and supporting schedules. </li><li>Partner with Accounting to ensure reporting ties to the ledger and that definitions stay consistent.</li><li>Improve the analytical toolkit — data sources, model architecture, and reporting automation.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&amp;A, investment banking, private equity, or<br>corporate development.</li><li>Expert-level financial modeling; demonstrated experience building models from scratch.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and the mechanics of the three statements.</li><li>Experience with scenario analysis and capital project evaluation (NPV, IRR, payback).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex analysis simply. </li><li>Experience in manufacturing, industrial, mining, energy, or another capital-intensive industry preferred.</li><li>Self-starter comfortable with incomplete data and shifting priorities.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><div>This pay range reflects best estimate for the total cash compensation which includes salary +<br>discretionary bonus for this role.
