Your mission We are looking for an entrepreneurial Technical Project Manager to drive complex new product development projects and help shape how projects are delivered across Schletter Utility Scale. We value ownership, practical intelligence, energy and the ability to get things done more than formal project management certifications.   This is a hands-on role for someone who creates structure, brings people together, challenges assumptions and removes obstacles. You are comfortable working in ambiguity, taking responsibility and driving progress without formal authority.
